Overview 

This giveaway is run by Hillsong College Ltd. (ABN 84 617 111 592) of 1-9 Solent Circuit, Norwest NSW 2153 (Hillsong College) and is a giveaway for a charitable fundraising purpose, being to encourage participants to apply into Hillsong College. 

This giveaway commences on December 1st, 2020 8am AEDT and ends on December 18th, 2020 11:59pm AEDT.   

Eligibility 

To be eligible, the entrant must: 

Be aged 16 years or over; and  

Be a college Applicant for intake January 2021; or  

Fill out the form at www.Hillsong.com/college/Christmas; and  

Willing to accept the Prize. 

How to Enter 

To enter this giveaway, the entrant must: 

Have an active application with Hillsong College; or 

Fill in the form at www.hillsong.com/college/christmas; and  

Provide all details reasonably requested by Hillsong College to facilitate redemption and delivery of the Prize; or 

Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be invalid at Hillsong College’s discretion. Hillsong College is not responsible for incorrect, incomplete, lost, late or misdirected entries.  

Prize 

The prize includes:  

One physical or digital Hillsong College Christmas Card 

QR Code access to the masterclass “Changing mindsets - Renewing the mind” with Jacob Laidler (Bundle RRP: $20.72 AUD) (“Prize”). 

The winner accepts the prize “as is” and acknowledges that Hillsong College accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize.   

The prize is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. 

Prize values are based on the recommended retail prices in Australia on 24th of November 2020. Hillsong College accepts no responsibility for any change in prize value on the date the prize is redeemed.  

Hillsong College makes all reasonable efforts to deliver prizes to the addresses provided by competition entrants, however Hillsong College cannot guarantee that any prizes returned due to non-delivery at the provided address, will be re-sent to the entrants. 

Copyright 

All intellectual property rights in and to the Prize is owned by, or licensed to, Hillsong College. Except as otherwise expressly permitted by these terms and conditions, nothing in these terms and conditions transfers ownership in the Prize. 

The Prize is protected under the Australian Copyright Act 1968 (Cth). If it is found that you or a beneficiary of the Prize has used our content in an unauthorized manner, Hillsong College reserves the right to pursue any intellectual property or damages claim. 

Liability 

To the extent permitted by law, Hillsong College and its related entities and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents, will not be liable for any personal injury, damage, whatsoever which is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to indirect or consequential, financial or other loss) to or by the winner. 

Hillsong College reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and verify the validity of the entrant’s identity, age and address, and further reserves the right to disqualify any entrant tampering with the entry process including but not limited to entering in a manner inconsistent with these Conditions of Entry. 

General  

Any failure to enforce any of Hillsong College’s rights does not constitute a waiver of those rights. 

Hillsong College reserves the right at its sole discretion, unless prohibited by law to do so, to disqualify any entrant; and or on the direction from a regulatory authority, to cancel, suspend, modify, terminate or cancel the giveaway. 

Hillsong College is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network, computer system, server or provider, online processing, software or traffic congestion on the internet or website, or any combination thereof that results in an entry being excluded from the draw. 

This giveaway is governed in accordance with the laws of the state of New South Wales, Australia (regardless of place of residence) in connection with this giveaway.
